If you're not receiving verification codes, please try to use a backup code instead. If you don't have backup codes or can't access the email on file for any reason, our support team is here to help. They can add a secondary email address to that account or update your main email to get you back into the game.
Here’s how to fix it. Log out of your EA Account and close the browser. Open a new incognito browser. Log in to your EA Account using the individual platform login buttons. For example, if you play on Xbox, select the Xbox icon and log in using your Xbox ID.
