Uninstalled EA App and reinstalled it in the same directory as my games using these steps. Uninstalling DAI likely would have worked the same, but would've taken a lot longer to reinstall than the EA app. Added DAI as an exception in my Antivirus Software.
Okay so I fixed it by forcing task close on the "eabackgroundservice" and going to windows services and setting everything xbox and ea related from manual to automatic... took me like 20 hours to just get the launcher going. great work by EA.

Here are some fixes you can try to get the EA App working again. Run the EA App From the Installation Directory as Admin
