24 kwi 2023 · How I fixed mine: 1. Install the game through Steam, normally. 2. If you don't already have the EA app installed, install it. Note that the game will not be indicated as "Installed" in the EA app. Yet! 3. Now install the game through the EA app and indicate exactly the folder you installed the game through steam.

So many are talking about the issue with games not launching since EA changed from Origin to the new EA app. I couldn’t open battlefield 1 or battlefront 2 but I found an easy fix. Simply go into desktop mode, go to the EA website and sign in with your account, then open the game you’re having issues with (in desktop mode).
If you're having trouble downloading games, clear your cache using App Recovery to see if that fixes your issue. Launch the EA app on your PC or Mac. From the main menu bar, select Help and choose App Recovery. Select Clear Cache.
This is because of corrupted cloud save. Close ea app and then reopen it and try one game again until it opens. Play the game and make a new save game and then quit to update the cloud save. Keep in mind that if you find a game that loads unto eternity the the others also don't load.
10 maj 2021 · Soon I found out that EA had switched to the new EA App launcher and I deleted Origin completely from the PC root folders. After installing the EA App, I tried to run NFS from there, but the error 0x000007b popped up to me.
20 maj 2024 · The EA App is required if you want to play any Electronic Arts games, but the program occasionally refuses to launch altogether which prevents you from playing at all. Here are some fixes you can try to get the EA App working again.
