22 wrz 2023 · I wanted to provide some information on a couple of issues players are having with not being able to access their email on file with the EA account in order to get verification emails or log in. If the verification codes aren't coming through, a backup code can be used in its place.
If you kept track of those codes, you can use any one of them to regain access to your account: On the 2FA prompt, click Try another way. Select Enter your Two-Factor verification backup codes. Enter your 8 digit backup code; After you enter the code you will be logged into your account.
There are three reasons why you may not be receiving your two-factor authentication (2FA) code for your Epic Games account: You may have your 2FA method set to the authenticator APP or SMS. Please check your phone for an SMS or look to see if you have downloaded an authentication app for Epic Games.
Click "SET UP" to enable your preferred 2FA method. After you select your authentication method, you should receive a code from Epic Games for email and SMS, and the App should generate a code for you. Input the code, and you should see a success message on the website (example below is for email).
3 lut 2024 · Actually im logged on in one of my devices but nevertheless i can't disable 2FA because it keeps asking for a verification code that im not getting. If anyone had had this problem please tell me what to do P.s. i tried to contact ea support but they helped me with absolutely NOTHING
