22 wrz 2023 · I wanted to provide some information on a couple of issues players are having with not being able to access their email on file with the EA account in order to get verification emails or log in. If the verification codes aren't coming through, a backup code can be used in its place.
Whether it be resetting my password or trying to verify my EA account I am NEVER receiving emails from your service. All I want to do is to get past the logging step so I can play the game I purchased from steam.
If you're not receiving verification codes, please try to use a backup code instead. If you don't have backup codes or can't access the email on file for any reason, our support team is here to help. They can add a secondary email address to that account or update your main email to get you back into the game.

In this case you'd want to use The EA app option under the Game Support section rather than the Account Support section to speak with an advisor, since you're currently not receiving the code necessary to make any changes through the Account Support section.

Go to the EA Help login. Click Forgot Your Password? to reset your password. Enter your email or EA Account ID. If you forgot the password for an underage account, enter the underage EA Account ID, not the parent or guardian email. If you don’t remember your email or ID, try logging in with a connected platform account.
