The workaround is to have an EA advisor add a secondary email or a phone number to your EA account so that you can receive the verification codes that you need. I posted some links down below so that you can contact an EA advisor about this issue.

6 wrz 2023 · I have my email and password, but every time I try to receive a verification code, it never sends to my email address. When I launch a game through Steam, I am logged into this EA account, but not logged in on the EA app or website.
I've forgotten my password for my EA account and requested verification codes numerous times. They've still not come through and it's been hours. I've set up this account to be able to even ask this question and received all emails for this new account straightaway.
