For some time now I wanted to change my email as it is currently is in my mother's email. But every time I try I have to use a code to proceed, which I haven't received in over 3 months now. I can't be allowed to log in either as I have to confirm my identity via this code....
The workaround is to have an EA advisor add a secondary email or a phone number to your EA account so that you can receive the verification codes that you need. I posted some links down below so that you can contact an EA advisor about this issue.

In this case you'd want to use The EA app option under the Game Support section rather than the Account Support section to speak with an advisor, since you're currently not receiving the code necessary to make any changes through the Account Support section.
