I think there are two possibilities that's blocking me from receiving the verification code: My email (old provider which seems to block many other emails too) can't receive anything from EA unless I whitelist all of their email addresses (and I can't find those addresses anywhere).
I searched for ea (in gmail) and got nothing. I then checked in spam and everywhere else but couldn’t find anything. I then tried signing into ea on their website and again wasn’t sent a verification code.
25 kwi 2020 · I had the same problem (with SMS) and the ea support told me they would look at it and contact me when solved. Never received a response, but a week later i received all the codes. From time to time they seem to have problems with sending the codes.
