Your phone may be screening or blocking confirmation code texts. Check your phone's network connection. A poor network connection may be the reason you’re not receiving a code. Check to make sure your phone has enough space to receive an SMS confirmation text. Try restarting your phone.
18 wrz 2019 · I’m trying to sign in on the web app and it’s asking me to verify my identity and I do so, however the code never arrives to my email. Has anyone had a similar experience before ? If so how were you able to fix it.
25 kwi 2023 · Been trying to verify my account for EA. I am not getting the e mails from them. Not for the specific game or to log into my ea account. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?
4 maj 2024 · I think there are two possibilities that's blocking me from receiving the verification code: My email (old provider which seems to block many other emails too) can't receive anything from EA unless I whitelist all of their email addresses (and I can't find those addresses anywhere).
