PITB’s e-Stamping system has completely revamped the stamp issuance process which once used to take at least two to three days, has now been put online by PITB so that anyone wanting to purchase high value non-judicial and judicial stamp papers can do so by using a computer with internet connection.
The main objective of e-Stamping system is to prevent paper and process related fraudulent practices, leakage of government revenues, and store information in electronic form and build a central database to make ease of the verification process.

e-Stamping application is used to pay Stamp Duty for both Non-Judicial and Judicial types, Deficiency of Capital Value Tax, Deficiency of Registration or Comparison Fee to the Government.
