1.1 Online Installation. Open an Internet browser and navigate to the following URL: https://www.atf.gov/firearms/applications-eform-4473-download. The Download Page loads as in the figure below. Click the appropriate download link, Windows Download or Apple Download.
9 lut 2024 · (*UPDATE: Feb 9, 2024) The Microsoft Windows version of the ATF eForm 4473 application has been updated and is now ready for download/use. A detailed breakdown of all form changes is provided below. The Revised Form will become mandatory for use on February 1, 2024.
ATF Form 4473, Firearms Transaction Record - also known as the ATF E-Form 4473 or the ATF Form 5300.9 - is a form used to determine whether the person purchasing a firearm from a Federal Firearm Licence (FFL) holder is allowed to own a firearm.
2 maj 2024 · ATF is now pleased to announce that the Apple OS version of the ATF eForm 4473 application is available for download and use, effective immediately (April 29, 2024). Included with this update, transferees/purchasers are now able to utilize their touchscreen, trackpad and/or mouse to affix their certifying signature to the form.
12 lut 2024 · The ATF eForm 4473 application is available for download starting today, and the application is an additional resource available to FFLs apart from the downloadable form, or the paper form available from the ATF’s website.
The only need for Internet connectivity is to download the application, supporting software (Adobe Acrobat Reader), user manual and updates from the ATF public website. The following depicts the environment required to run the eForm 4473 application on both PC and Mac:
