13 kwi 2023 · The Riverside Superior Court’s Public Access is intended to assist the public in accessing available case data without having to visit the courthouse. This site allows you to access the Riverside Superior Court case information via a secure web server.
Included on the site are briefs and petitions dated from 1990 for the California Supreme Court, and briefs and petitions dated from 1996 for the California Courts of Appeal. Briefs and petitions can be searched by docket number or case name.
7 paź 2024 · Supreme Court of California. SCOCAL hosts a free online database of docket sheets and selected briefs, going back to 1934. You can use the basic "Search cases" box to search by party names or docket number (e.g., S190581), or any other text.
Enter a case number (and optionally select a filing courthouse for Limited Jurisdiction cases only) then click search.
2 paź 2024 · For case information from previous terms, we recommend starting with the Docket Search located on the California Courts website (external); you can search by case number, case name, or names of the parties associated with the case.
In many courts, you can look up court cases online to find out basic information like the name of the parties, what documents have been filed, and whether there are any court dates. If this is not available online, you may be able to get the information at the courthouse, either on a court computer or from a court clerk.
