2 maj 2020 · Remember: you have to delete ALL the files in "downloads" folder, including .patch files. After that, i went to the launcher, pressed verify on 1 mod, and then force-download button in steam downloads. Had to delete the files a few times, but all the mods downloaded without a problem after that!!!!!

So the game worked perfect and so did DZSA Launcher both fresh installed just yesterday. Now I'm trying to log in and there is an update to the DZSA Launcher and it crashes with two dialog boxes. Says "Error downloading update". Anyone have some suggestions or advice?
To fix dayz version mismatch: 1. Verify your game files, it will open a menu to remove dayz files. Select all options and continue. 2.Uninstall DZSA Launcher. 3.Browse your local game files for DayZ thru steam. You should not have a DayZ folder in your documents.

I.e the DZSA launcher launches the 1.23.157045 version of the game and I get a server mis match. But if I use the vanilla launcher I get the correct, updated version: 1.24.157623. The DZSA launcher is pointing to the correct path containing the 1.24.157623 version of the dayz.exe-63 file.
