Now I'm trying to log in and there is an update to the DZSA Launcher and it crashes with two dialog boxes. Says "Error downloading update". Anyone have some suggestions or advice?
To fix dayz version mismatch: 1. Verify your game files, it will open a menu to remove dayz files. Select all options and continue. 2.Uninstall DZSA Launcher. 3.Browse your local game files for DayZ thru steam. You should not have a DayZ folder in your documents.
The problem was I had installed the game on two diffrent locations. Steam updated one location and dzsa tried booting the unupdated one. Idk why the others here say dzsa os wack, thats the only thing that works for me.
30 cze 2019 · Update: I managed to fix it by deleting all the DZSA files and uninstalling it, and then I set it up again through the setup launcher, and put the file in the same partition as the game, and I put the files close to the Dayz folder, but not in it

Ever since the wipe, my dzsa launcher won’t let me join servers saying the server version doesn’t match the local version. If I launch straight through dayz it works fine. Anyone know how to fix it?
I.e the DZSA launcher launches the 1.23.157045 version of the game and I get a server mis match. But if I use the vanilla launcher I get the correct, updated version: 1.24.157623. The DZSA launcher is pointing to the correct path containing the 1.24.157623 version of the dayz.exe-63 file.
