Let's be honest, the Amazon product review rating system is broken. Manipulatable and fraudulent, and therefore completely pointless. You click on a product with a 4.3 star rating, and when you read the actual reviews, so many of them say the product is garbage and leave low ratings. You keep clicking back to older reviews, same thing.
The seller has a 44% rating and every single negative review has the same story of not receiving their package but it showing as signed/delivered. I knew the seller was a scammer before I ordered but wanted to test this.
Studies found that 44% of Amazon reviews are completely fake, approximately 1 in 5 ratings are left in exchange for a discount, and the average rating for all products is manipulated upwards by Amazon using an equation that they won't publish.
