21 cze 2024 · If it’s a universal problem, there might be issues with the drive itself and you could change your drives; if it only happens with specific sources, you could submit the source information (purchase link) and logs to DVDFab Team.
I am experiencing a problem with DVDFab Platinum Version 4.0.0.5. With one particular DVD I'm trying to backup, DVDFab finishes analyzing the DVD, and starts the copy process. About one minute into the copy, I receive a "Crash Report" with the following info: "DVDFab Platinum has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Fix: A crash problem when copying Blu-rays with the Full Disc and Main Movie modes in the Blu-ray Copy module in certain cases. Fix: A failure problem when converting DVDs or other videos with Enlarger AI on certain machines.
