Victor Durand. Artist Info. Victor Durand French, 1870-1931. Victor Durand was born in 1870 and came to America in 1884. He started to work in glass and eventually owned his own glass factory. Durand started the Artistic Glass Division in 1924 and began to porduce world famous artistic glass.
