As someone who's been researching a Nine Hells 5E campaign myself, I'm afraid there isn't much to work with. The DMG has some basic info on each layer and Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes has statblocks for some of the archdevils and lore on the Blood War, but that's all you'll get.
