Method: Find the boundaries of a multi-combat zone. Map the boundaries in-game with ground markers. Translate ground markers to an image of the world map using a 3x3 pixel grid layer in photo editing software. I used paint.net. Do a quick run around within the boundaries of the multi-combat zone. If the game doesn't appear in the list, click on "Show All", select "Dungeon Siege" and click on "Add". Select the game in the list and press the Fullscreenize button (or use your hotkey combination), preferably after loading a game (see note below).

Entrances across the surface of the world have map link icons which, when clicked, displays the destination of that entrance. If you are in a complex dungeon, seeing which-entrance-goes-where can be very valuable. Luckily for you, the in-game world map also includes intra-map links!
