We visited the Dubai Mall Reel cinema. It was a great atmosphere, fantastic ambience. Comfortable seats. Clean and sophisticated. We found it easy to get tickets and service counters were readily available. Our Guest ambassador whom I must give a shout out about was Arsalan . He was courteous and supportive and very well spoken.
