Each quarter, all employers must submit an employment and wage detail report to DUA. Once users submit their report, the system generates a balance due for unemployment insurance contributions, EMAC, and workforce training fund.
Employers who pay wages for work done in Massachusetts must register with the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) and report quarterly wage information. Once users begin the employer registration process, they will get a temporary user ID and password that is valid for 30 days.
