Inkscape and IrfanView have both had their icons disappear. SVG and image files associated with the respective programs still show the right icons -- it's just the main .exes that don't have icons any more. How do I restore them?

Your file or folder has been filtered out and has not been synced. Possible reasons include: a system default filter, sync rules filter, server profile settings, or ACL permissions. You can unselect Show icon overlay for unsynced files in Global Settings > Display if you do not want to see this icon. Syncing is currently in progress.
