6 wrz 2011 · The drop cap (which can be as many letters as desired) must be the first letter(s) in the paragraph. Check to make sure that there isn't a space, tab, or something else before this letter.
17 lut 2024 · Word won't allow me to use Drop Caps when I use a template document provided by Amazon for publishing. All drop caps fall "into" the paragraph of which they're a part of. This is extremely annoying. I have to manually drag and drop each one (over sixty chapters' worth) into position.

However, in highlighting the apostophe and the letter A, then selecting Insert Dropped Caps - only the apostophe is being transformed into a Dropped Cap. This problem occurs 90% of the time and I have not figured out why.
21 wrz 2012 · I've Drop Capped a test paragraph in a NEW document (that worked), then tried to paste that paragraph into this document - no good. Any help on how to re-enable the Drop Cap feature? even just for the one paragraph?
