9 sty 2020 · Drop caps actually make use of frames (similar to text boxes but frames have existed much longer in Word) and they may end up in the wrong position (again, a bit like text boxes). Usually, recreating the drop cap will help. You may have to locate the frame and delete it manually.
21 wrz 2012 · I've Drop Capped a test paragraph in a NEW document (that worked), then tried to paste that paragraph into this document - no good. Any help on how to re-enable the Drop Cap feature? even just for the one paragraph?

In this case, I would want to use dropped caps for both characters "A . However, in highlighting the apostophe and the letter A, then selecting Insert Dropped Caps - only the apostophe is being transformed into a Dropped Cap. This problem occurs 90% of the time and I have not figured out why.
