Access and manage your Drake Software account with the Drake User Manager.
Now that Drake Portals is moved to single sign-on, firm users will log in to the portal using their Drake User Account credentials. To ensure a smooth transition, you must grant users access to Drake Portals. To do so: Log in to the User Manager at User.DrakeSoftware.com.
The new Drake User Manager allows you to set up and configure access for all the users in one place. To get started, go to https://user.drakesoftware.com/ and log in with your email address and account password. You can also launch this by going to the support website > Account > User Info.
STUDENTS: Students can download and install Microsoft Office/365 Apps software for free. This software is linked to your Drake email account, so you will be able to use it until you graduate, and then three years afterwards as long as you keep your password up to date. You can download the software via Microsoft 365 My account.

Note that when you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to log in with the email address and password linked to your User Account. Follow the prompts to complete the single sign-on steps.
