The new Drake User Manager allows you to set up and configure access for all the users in one place. To get started, go to https://user.drakesoftware.com/ and log in with your email address and account password. You can also launch this by going to the support website > Account > User Info.
An Drake Portals account Admin may still access their web-portal login (sign in) page and make a payment to bring the account back into current status. If an account is canceled by user request, the account is put into cancel pending status until the next billing cycle.
