You’ll need to purchase two Snowflake dragons, either from the event market or the Snowflake Egg of Mystery in the Rift market. Breed the two Snowflake dragons together (they can be the same Snowflake dragon). The breeding combo for the Snowflake dragons is 'Snowflake + Snowflake'.
Once you breed a dragon at the RBCs, it is available in the Egg History for all the RBCs. So you can claim it from any cave (that has been activated), and you can claim it multiple times from different caves if you want both the twin and traited-twin versions.
