Original Post. Since monday I have been unable to access my dragon age keep. I can log in, but after that i receive an error message "oops an error occurred please refresh the page and try again" however refreshing the page does not fix the issue. I have contacted EA Help advisors three times.

If you encounter anything preventing you from using the Keep, try these troubleshooting steps first. First, log out of the Keep by visiting dragonagekeep.com/logout . Next, clear your browser history, cookies and cache.
Dragon Age Keep not working? [No Spoilers] Discussion. So, I've been trying to import a new save from the Dragon Age Keep. No big deal, done it successfully a few times before. But now it won't give me the option at the start of a new game to go with a custom world save, just defaults to a standard world state.
Trying to start a new game in Dragon Age Inquisition, however when I try to log into Dragon Age Keep it keeps giving me a server timed out error. Anyone else having this issue?
20 lip 2024 · I have trouble with the Keep. I finally want to play Dragon Age: Inquisition, but there are problems. 1. Dragon Age: Origins doesn't recognize any achievements nor can I login with EA account (it says I am not connected to the internet, which is obviously false).
