Either way, having the same 360 distance for hipfire and scopes is a bad idea, as the scopes will be insanely sensitivity and like skip around like crazy. It's also not possible in a lot of games since the scope sensitivity doesn't go that low.

For the game sensitivity going from 400 to 550 you have to use the calculator for the exact numbers as it's a bit more complicated.

16 maj 2019 · I know I'm late to the party, but may I ask why it doesn't matter having the same DPI from 1080p to 1440p in 3D games? All the answers to this topic are melting my brain. I have a 1440p Monitor and I'm wondering if I can copy the DPI settings from Pro Players that are playing on 1080p. I hope someone can explain me how the calculations work.

Hence: Counts Per Inch (dpi is a pleb marketing term) Counts get logged to your OS: you move 1/400th of an inch on your pad at 400cpi, computer receives the value 1. That gets multiplied by the pointer speed setting (e.g. notch 8 will multiply by 2, therefore that 1 becomes a 2)
