31 maj 2018 · So I'm trying to play an RPG Maker 2003 game but when I go to start it I have an error that says "The RPG Maker 2003 Runtime Package is not present or registered". But the thing is that I downloaded the the 2003 RTP already and even re-downloaded the game to see if it would read it then but nothing has worked.
9 sty 2018 · The error of "The RPG Maker 2003 Runtime Package is not present or not registered" appears. The author says "*The game SHOULD work without the RTP installed, if it doesn't you'll have to install the 2k3 RTP for now.
Most games made with RPG Maker 2000 and 2003 make use of the so called “Run-Time Package” (RTP), which is a media resources library containing graphics, music and sounds, designed for the common usage of materials.
Original RPG Maker 2000 and 2003 RTP packages have file names in Japanese (intended for Japan distribution only) and they are not easy to install in non-Japanese Windows operating systems. The original installers are not Unicode.
