25 mar 2020 · However, some days ago I had an issue just like yours because of a new small update. I fixed by canceling the update, closing the launcher and then by deleting the GTA5.exe in the installation folder. I restarted the launcher and it redownloaded the whole update again (it was around ~75MB) and at the end it worked.

Using the reference below as a guide I did this from the Command Line: > cd C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V. > GTAVLauncher.exe -verify -noChunkedDownload. This launched the Rockstar Games Launcher with the GTA V update download starting immediately. The update was finished a minute later.

So I'm trying to get on and when it trying to connect to rockstar game launcher the window becomes unresponsive. I have to reset the pc to get rid of the window. Anyone knows a fix? I disabled my windows anti-virus.
7 kwi 2015 · I just downloaded the GTA V setup tool from the social club and installed it (and re-installed it), however when I run it from my desktop it loads itself up but then gives me a message saying that "The Social Club failed to load due to an incomplete installation (code 4).
