And it looks like most of them have disappeared: Dover Lake Water Park in Sagamore Hills closed in 2006 and became part of Brandywine-Boston Mills Ski Resort.

  5. Dover Lake was owned by Marc Glassman (the guy who owns Marc's grocery stores.) They closed in 2006 for undisclosed reasons. Brandywine ski resort purchased it sometime within the past 5 years, and turned the tube slide area (which ran parallel to the Outer Limits hill) into a terrain park.
