I can't remember a single time that Valve ever shared the patch notes in anticipation of the patch itself. EDIT: I'm not talking about test client updates.
To start with the obvious, it hasn't been officially renewed for a third season yet. Admittedly, this is troubling, since it didn't take this long after Season 1 for Season 2 to get announced.
22 maj 2024 · User u/DrDesmondGaming posted on Reddit his analysis of when the next Dota 2 patch might drop. They compiled the release time of four previous patches, 7.32a - 7.32d, and spotted the similarities. All of these patches were released on a Tuesday morning from 12:17 PM to 2:48 PM (Seattle Time).
While there's currently no official release date for Dota 2 patch 7.38, the next update is expected to arrive around mid-late October. It is confirmed that the patch will introduce the new hero Kez, head of the Kazurai order and the leader of the flightless, as well as Act IV of the Crownfall event.
