This version of the code that was provided by @under1aker worked swimmingly, do this followed by these steps for a simple activation: create a txt file and paste the code; save the file as a .bat; Run the file as administrator; don't touch anything and the .bat will restart your PC on its own; enjoy your activated version of windows :D; simplified:

Be sure to mount the CD-ROM with -t cdrom switch, this will enable the MSCDEX interface required by DOS games to interface with CD-ROMs. Also try adding the correct label (-label LABEL) to the mount command, where LABEL is the CD-label (volume ID) of the CD-ROM. Under Windows you can specify -ioctl, -aspi or -noioctl.

Installing of the game in Windows doesn't work, but you can do that in DOSBox instead. Mounting of a CD-rom drive (in this example the i: drive) goes as follows: Type mount d i:\ -t cdrom and press enter; If the game needs a CD label for installation, type mount d i:\ -t cdrom -label CDLABEL and press enter (replace CDLABEL with the label of ...
Since you cannot mount a cd drive with -t cdrom, here is a workaround, 1)find the .bin or .cue file (s) in the game folder, for Daggerfall, this is called "REGFLAT.bin".
Once you will have audio files, bin file, and .cue file prepared you can mount them in dosbox-staging this way: Z:\> imgmount D files.cue -t cdrom. This will mount them as if CD-ROM was in D drive. If you don't know how .cue file looks like, then example can be found here.
