3 mar 2023 · I found: soda can and milkshake (toward the end of the Regular House sections), three separate "memories" (ruined house 1), pumpkin and tuna can (abstract brutalist section; the tuna is hidden in a high vent), empty pill bottle and full pill bottle (restroom in airport).
My House (a.k.a. MyHouse.WAD) is a single-level PK3 for Doom II using the GZDoom source port that was released on March 3, 2023.

MyHouse is a PK3 so although I had doom builder it wouldn't work. I downloaded SLADE and then selected the file. There is a long list of resources that come up in the PK3; I selected the one at the bottom house.wad, then MAP01 and pushed the button in the top left "Save Map as Image".
18 mar 2023 · you can get the berserk pack by going around to the other side of that wall — it's in a bathroom. let the door close, then use the crack on the wall to bump the berserk off the shelf. i don't suppose there's a backpack? there is, but it is really obtusely telegraphed. i didn't find it.
You don't put the WAD/PK3 files in the GZDOOM directory. You just set the DOOMWADDIR variable to the directory you store your IWAD files in (DOOM.WAD, DOOM2.WAD, HERETIC.WAD, HEXEN.WAD,etc.) and do. gzdoom -iwad doom2 -file /GAMES/DOOM/myhouse.pk3.
