6 lut 2012 · My first belt holster and belt were from Don Hume, in 1968-69. They made a rugged River Belt, sort of a police/Border Patrol Style duty belt, with a Bill Jordan type holster. The belt was 2 1/4" wide, and beautifully crafted. Perfect for field use, mine was made for a S&W Model 39.
Holsters. Our leather products are finished with a pigmented acrylic and top coated with a clear lacquer. They are easy to maintain by applying a light coat of LEATHER BALM or LOTION. Use a dry cloth to apply, let dry, then buff off. Leather balm or lotion can be found at most shoe or discount stores.

They stamped their Jordan holsters with unique trademarks that proudly advertised their close association with the famous lawman. The Hume designs had a full steel shank that looped over the top of the belt, as Jordan intended.
20 paź 2007 · When you go to the Hume website you can look up the holster and then, during the ordering process, you are asked to select a "Chart Number." The "Chart Number" for the micro compact Springfield is "10-P10"/ the Chart Number for the Glock 36 is "36-1".
20 mar 2008 · For the money- Don Hume is a great holster. For a leather holster, break it in with Pecard's Leather Dressing. Hume puts an extra band of leather around the opening of the holster which is very stiff when new. Pecard's helps to soften the leather to the quality of the custom shops.
