View the status of medical and pharmacy bills submitted in your claim by logging onto ECOMP. If you are a FECA, Energy or Longshore stakeholder, you can also view your case and the status of any disability claims.
Creating an OWCP Connect account will allow you to log into CQS, where you will be able to see information on case status, compensation payments and compensation claim tracking.
Providers may save incomplete applications and resume enrollment at a later time. Once all the enrollment information is entered and saved for DOL review, the provider may track the status of their application in the WCMBP Provider Portal.
Depending upon your agency, start by filing OSHA's Form 301, then file a claim using either form CA-1 (for traumatic injury) or form CA-2 (for occupational disease). After you have received an official FECA case number, you may also file form CA-7 (Claim for Compensation).
Visit the ECOMP site to register for an account and initiate a claim. If you are submitting a CA-2, you should also review the appropriate CA-35 "Evidence Required in Support of a Claim for Occupational Disease" form/checklist.
