The 2024 WTA Finals will be the professional women's championship tennis tournament run by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA). It will be the 53rd edition of the singles event and the 48th edition of the doubles competition and will take place between 2 and 9 November.

The Qatar Open, currently sponsored by TotalEnergies and called the Qatar TotalEnergies Open, is a women's tennis tournament held in Doha, Qatar. Held since 2001, this WTA Tour event was a Tier I -tournament in 2008, and was played on outdoor hardcourts.
Rybakina (Brisbane, Abu Dhabi, Stuttgart) and Iga Swiatek (Doha, Indian Wells, Madrid) lead the Tour with three titles this year. Swiatek continues her reign atop the WTA Rankings. The weeks of Rome marks 102nd and 103rd week as WTA World No.1. Five times this year the No.1 seed and No.2 seed met head-to-head in a tournament final.
