It used to be an actual oil, very viscous, now it's a cream. The recent reviews on Amazon are negative about the new formula. For the price, I switched to another that's a lot cheaper and works pretty well.

It works. I use it. Once at night. But I still use lotion with vitamin E after every tug session.
I use Man1 Oil occasionally, and I like it, but I'm not convinced that it's better than any other skin cream. I think a lot of the stuff they put in fancy creams and oils doesn't even penetrate the top layer - epidermis - of the skin.
