In April 1975, his family was evacuated from war-torn central Vietnam during the “Fall of Saigon” as part of the first-wave of evacuees.
Garden Grove residents and businesses. I understand the public’s needs and the challenges that local governments face in providing essential services like roads, police and fire protection. I will lead efforts to enhance public services and be strong on public safety issues.
