The City Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, City Council meeting dates. Closed sessions, when scheduled, start at 5:30 p.m., followed by the City Council meeting, which includes Oral Communications at 6:30 p.m.
The City Council determines service levels and revenue obligations through the adoption of an annual budget, authorizes City contracts and expenditures, establishes municipal service goals and operating policies, and adopts regulatory measures necessary to establish community protection.
