10 mar 2018 · This error means: DNS Error; No DNS server available. / IP conflict, PS3 Cannot connect to the router with current IP information. You have a network issue either related to your router, you router configuration or the ps3 networking configuration. You could try rebooting your router & you should review the ps3 network settings.

I used to be able to resolve this error by connecting to my phones hotspot, but now I get DNS errors when I do that now too. I tried disabling UPNP, I tried changing the numbers under DNS to a few different things recommended online, nothing seems to work.
You can find a quick start guide on how to get RPCS3 running on the official site. You will need two things to run the emulator: the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistributable and the PS3 firmware. You can download the firmware straight from the official PlayStation website. You will also need games of course.
