You need to configure the domain controllers such that the primary DNS resolver on DC1 is DC2, and the primary DNS resolver on DC2 is DC1, then set 127.0.0.1 as the secondary DNS resolver on both DC1 and DC2, and finally, do not reboot them at the same time.
If events in the AD DS event log indicate that there is a problem with DNS name resolution, consider adding the IP address of another DNS server for this domain to the DNS server list in the Internet Protocol properties of this computer.
9 lip 2015 · The warning should only occur when you reboot the domain controller or otherwise restart AD and DNS. The reason this happens is simple - DNS hosts Active Directory-integrated zones, and therefore cannot finish initializing until Active Directory is up and running and healthy.

Then I run the "dcdiag/test:DNS" and the result is this (name are modified in order to hold privacy): Can someone explain me the output?Becouse seems that the DNS is working.
5 lis 2015 · The DNS server is waiting for Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) to signal that the initial synchronization of the directory has been completed. The DNS server service cannot start until the initial synchronization is complete because critical DNS data might not yet be replicated onto this domain controller.
