One of my players is currently a cleric of waukeen, but from the trickery domain. He was a greedy businessman, tricking people into paying for "fortune readings" ( thaumaturgy and some bs generic / cryptic fortune) so that he may use the money to influence trade as waukeen would want.

Waukeen probably wouldn’t approve of grave-robbing, preferring her clerics to earn their profits through fair deals or quick wit. Not to mention Waukeen’s domains do not include grave to begin with, instead knowledge and trickery. I’m sorry, but for lore purposes, you’re going to have to say “No”.
