If your looking for stats and figures then check out the deities and demigod books. They stopped printing them after D&D 3.0 (I believe) but they include the stats for the gods avatars which could be used as a benchmark for their temporal power. Otherwise each god has a portfolio.

7 gru 2017 · In the Dragonlance setting, the most powerful by far is Chaos, Father of All and of Nothing; followed by Paladine, the Platinum Dragon; Takhisis, Queen of Darkness; and arguably Reorx, Forger of the World and Gilean, God of Balance.
So as the title says, I'm looking for recommendations for a system which supports/made for playing custom gods. Something light/narrative driven thus allowing customization through fluff. If the Overly Sarcastic Productions channel rings a bell, you get what I'm going for!
