Depending on a campaign, the most powerful God can change from Ao the overgod to a random beaver hidden at the bottom of a random swamp on Toril.

The canonical power ranking (Ignoring setting-specific BS) is The Lady of Pain > Tharizdun (But he's too insane to do anything, and all the other gods chained him up to keep him from doing anything) > Moradin > Other greater deities > Other lesser deities > Kurtulmak > Demigods, hero deities, and other "Not quite god" beings.
6 lip 2022 · I'd suggest checking out the guild system in Ravinca, for ideas about how to rank characters within a guild, and benefits they get from certain ranks within various guilds in that world. Alternatively, you could adapt the piety system in Theros, or the patron rules from Tasha's.
