Base Attack Bonus (BAB) defines a creature's basic ability to land a damaging hit on an enemy if no other bonuses or modifiers would play a role. Every six points of Base Attack Bonus will allow the character to perform a second attack when attacking as a Full-Round Action.
The crazy high AC normally resolve around monk and nature oracle abuse, plus the mythic mage armour. Nature whispers from oracle with the nature revelation replaces your dex bonus to AC with a charisma bonus to AC. Scaled fist monk gives an additional AC bonus of your charisma bonus.
At BAB 16, your attacks happen at +16/+11/+6/+1, as listed in the table. It is your base attack bonus (to hit) and each / is another attack. For example, at level 18 it says +18/+13/+8/+3. This means you get 4 attacks, first one at full BAB, then each iterative attack after that gets a -5.

Folks that already done it a few times, can you please share type of items/particular items that are safe investments and don't be a waste towards the end game?
