For the past week or so, I've been working on creating a form-fillable PDF Spell Sheet for Dungeons and Dragons 5e. Obviously, we have the complete sheet that WotC released here. However, there isn't enough room for all of a character's spells to fit if they're a class like the Druid, which has access to every spell on their spell list.

It's a "free" app, but it costs like 2 or 3 dollars to upgrade so you can level up your characters in the app. Otherwise it's just a character sheet you can fill in yourself. There's a character builder called MPMB character sheet that has the SRD and there's a reddit post that shows how get everything up to Tasha's.
This creator went and made a very thorough PDF creation that does support spell points (not to mention being a beautiful sheet). Just takes enabling it in the options, you'll need a PDF reader that can support complicated PDFs like this that can change page states.
