D&D Character Roller is great for a DM who wants to quickly create new NPCs and download their stats for later, for new players, or to start a quick campaign! You can use the tab key to navitage inputs. Use arrow keys to choose your stat, or enter to open the dropdown.
D&D Character Stat Roller. This tool uses the random.org integer generator to roll player character stats. The default settings will roll using Matt Coleville's "in-order" approach —4d6, drop lowest, in stat order; re-roll if your stats aren't heroic.

Below are some quick descriptions of every stat, from 1 (a modifier of -5, or as low as a character can get without being undead or a construct) to 25 (a modifier of +7, or as high as a PHB character can get without magic): Strength.
Your key ability score grants you additional power points equal to your key ability modifier × your manifester level ×1/2. Table: Ability Modifiers and Bonus Power Points shows these calculations for class levels 1st through 20th and key ability scores from 10 to 41.
A variety of methods exist for players to generate their ability scores for their characters. Different methods appeal to different groups based upon the groups interest in the power of the characters, power-gaming/min-maxing, strengths/weaknesses, or the joy of random rolls.
