The builder used a pivoting system for one of his designs which allows only two motors to achieve lateral and vertical movement.

Rationale. While teaching technology education in Newfoundland, Canada, I was shown how to design and build a do-it-yourself underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV). An ROV can be made in a few hours using PVC, and/or Lexan, and a few easily acquired off-the-shelf components.
